At Vital Medical Solutions, we take great pride in caring for people with disabilities and medical needs. In this work, we believe that true service begins with compassion — ensuring every patient and family feels cared for, supported, and valued.
Our company was founded more than 33 years ago by the late Brandi Paris, whose kindness and commitment still guide us today. Her husband, Charlie Hawkins, now leads Vital Medical Solutions with the same heartfelt purpose — continuing Brandi’s vision to help others live with dignity, comfort, and independence.
For over three decades, our family has proudly carried this mission forward, treating every patient like family and striving to make a difference with every delivery, every visit, and every call.
